This physical activity training is intended for pregnant women after the first trimester and includes controlled circulatory training and relaxation to music. We strengthen the muscles of the arms, legs and back and improve coordination and balance. The exercises help to prevent possible pregnancy problems such as heavy legs or back pain. Breathing and relaxation techniques are included.
With buggyfit training you can work out in the fresh air and make new contacts. Thanks to a balanced mix of endurance, strength and coordination exercises, fat burning is boosted and your energy comes back. With targeted exercises you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, improve your posture and thus prevent back pain.
The fun with other mums will be part of every lesson.
Comfortable (sports) clothing adapted to the weather, sports shoes, water bottle, stroller in good condition.
If possible: take a yoga mat or pad for exercises in the meadow.
If possible, please breastfeed or feed your child beforehand.
