You are pregnant and not sure what exercises you can do? You are looking for relaxation exercises for pregnant women? Many pregnant women are unsure of how often and how much they can be physically active. Getting a little breathless every week for 2.5 hours is recommended to all pregnant women without risk factors. Physical activity is not only good for your body, but also helps to free your mind and do the daily work with renewed energy.

We offer fitness courses that are precisely tailored to pregnancy. The aim of the courses is to get out of breath for at least 30 minutes. The course instructors offer you a varied program. Relaxation and occasional yoga are built into the courses to give the body some rest. You can participate after the first trimester if there are no medical risk factors, such as bleeding. Ideally, you should exercise in these courses until birth.
