You would like to exercise in the fresh air with your baby? Preferably together with other mothers?

After delivery, exercise helps to get back in shape and at the same time the fresh air gets your circulation going.

The aim of the courses is to give mothers the opportunity to get to know other mothers together with their baby and at the same time achieve a normal weight within one year after giving birth.

There are two different types of fitness courses:

  • buggyfit (fitness with a child in a stroller)
  • Nordic walking with baby in a sling

Before you start exercising again, we recommend to join a pelvic floor training course to active your pelvic floor muscles.
