PEBS: Healthy Moms – Healthy Children is an initiative of the Canton of Solothurn. Its goal is to promote healthy eating and sufficient exercise among pregnant women and mothers. Thanks to this initiative, participation is free!
We offer lectures on nutrition topics (dates to follow) as well as weekly fitness classes during pregnancy and for one year after birth.
Fitness during pregnancy
During this course we stimulate the blood circulation in a controlled manner with movement to music. We do exercises to prevent pregnancy problems, strengthen the pelvic floor and back. Relaxation variations to prepare for childbirth complete the course.
This fitness course is possible for pregnant women from the 15th week of pregnancy until due date – given you feel comfortable.
