We answer your questions about nutrition in pregnancy and after delivery. The counselling will help to find a healthy and joyful way of eating during pregnancy that supports the health of you and your baby.

We offer nutrition counseling for 99 CHF and you can book it during pregnancy for a healthy weight gain in pregnancy or after delivery for a mindful weight loss.

We now offer fitness cardio training supplemented with strength exercises ONLINE.

This physical activity training is intended for pregnant women from the 15th week of pregnancy and includes controlled circulatory training. We strengthen the muscles of the arms, legs and back and improve coordination and balance. Exercises for the prophylaxis of possible pregnancy problems such as heavy legs or back pain are done. The breathing and relaxation techniques as tools for childbirth are included in the exercises.

You get fit, enjoy the time with your baby in the sling in the great outdoors and make contact with other mothers. You improve your fitness, do something about the extra pounds gained in pregnancy and the child also enjoys being close to the body. Nordic walking with a child in a sling brings new vitality and fun to the family. It is an efficient whole-body sport that is easy on the joints and improves endurance. Installing the child correctly in the sling is extremely important and safety is our first priority.

Please install your baby in the sling on your back before you arrive. If you need help for installing the baby on your back, please bring a face mask. The instructor will help you to with your baby. The sticks will be provided by the instructor and regularly disinfected.
