In Olten fitness courses for pregnant women and fitness courses after delivery (buggy fit and Nordic Walking with the baby in the sling) are offered. Nutrition talks will be offered throughout the year (dates are following).
With the support of the canton of Solothurn, the offers in Olten are free of charge.
Buggyfit
You can start with the buggyfit 6-8 weeks after delivery. buggyfit is not a substitute for a pelvic floor exercise course (Rückbildungskurs), but a useful addition. Participation is free until your child’s first birthday.
In a light training that is characterized by the joy and pleasure of movement, you strengthen your pelvic floor, improve your posture and do something for your cardiovascular fitness. At the same time, you spend time in the fresh air with your baby. You will have fun meeting other moms.

You move with your child in the open air and make contact with other mothers. You promote your state of fitness, do something to get rid of the extra pounds acquired during pregnancy, and at the same time your child enjoys its closeness to your body. Nordic Walking with your child in a baby sling brings variety, new vitality and fun into the family. Nordic Walking is an efficient sports activity involving the whole body that is easy on the joints and improves endurance.
You can start the course 8 weeks after your baby has been born. Up to the first birthday of your child, participation is free of charge.
