After childbirth, the physical activity helps to return to your figure and, at the same time, the fresh air gets your circulation going. The buggyfit training strengthens the pelvic floor, prevents back pain, improves posture, gives strength for everyday life and helps to restore the original figure gain. You do something for yourself under professional guidance and at the same time you spend time outside with your child.
Comfortable (sports) clothing adapted to the weather, sports shoes, water bottle, stroller in good condition.
If possible: take a yoga mat or pad for exercises in the meadow.
If possible, please breastfeed or feed your child beforehand.
